Sri Manjunathaswamy Tempo Service

I run a small tempo service from my base at 41391 Basaveshwara Nagar on Ranga Rao Road. We are quite close to Papanna Garden and it is a good spot for us to wait for jobs. We have a few vehicles that we use to move things for people in the neighborhood or for small businesses around here. It could be someone moving to a new house or a shop owner needing to shift some stock. Most of my day is spent either driving through the heavy Bangalore traffic or helping to load and unload heavy boxes and furniture. It is physical work and my hands are usually quite rough from handling the ropes and the goods. We don't have a big office or a website or anything like that. People usually just call me on the phone because they saw the number on the back of the tempo or someone told them about us. I have been doing this for several years now and I know all the narrow lanes and shortcuts in Basaveshwara Nagar. Some days the rain makes it really hard to keep the goods dry, and we have to use big plastic sheets. It is just a regular way to make a living, and we try to be as reliable as we can for the local folks who need help moving their stuff.
