Sri Laven Engineering is situated at B-37 in the Peenya Industrial Area, specifically within the Janta Enclave. Peenya is a huge place with lots of companies, but we are just one of the smaller units tucked away there. We do engineering work, mostly handling parts and components that other businesses need. The workshop has been our home for a while now. It’s an industrial setting, so it’s not particularly pretty. There are machines everywhere and stacks of materials waiting to be used. We spend our days mostly on the floor, making sure everything is running like it should. We don't really have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. It's just us, the workers, getting through the tasks. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine needs fixing, and we just deal with it as it comes. We’ve got a routine that works for us. People know us in the enclave because we’ve been here long enough. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do the work correctly and keep the shop going. The air is often thick with the smell of grease, and there’s always a bit of noise from the neighboring units. It’s a practical, hardworking environment, and that suits us just fine. We just keep our heads down and focus on the engineering.
