You can find us at Sri Lakshmi Balaji Enterprises over in Kadugondanahalli. We’re at Plot No.23 in the B M Layout, right near the bus stand in Venkateshpuram. It’s a handy spot because the bus is always coming and going. We started this business because we wanted to do something for ourselves. It’s been a lot of work getting it to where it is today. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Usually, there are just stacks of supplies and people moving things around. It can get a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We handle a lot of different requests from people in the neighborhood. Some days we are busy from dawn until dusk, and other days we have time to sit and have a tea. We don't really use big words or try to impress anyone. We just want to do a decent job so people come back next time they need something. It’s a family-run sort of vibe here. Even the people who aren't family feel like they are after working here for a while. Being near the bus stand means it's always noisy outside, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of the traffic. It feels like home to us now. We just keep doing what we do and try to stay organized enough to keep the shop running smoothly for the customers.
