Sun Glow Industries

Sun Glow Industries is tucked away at No 726 on the main road in the 3rd Phase of the Peenya Industrial Area. If you know where the State Bank of Mysore is, we are right near there. Being in Peenya means there is always a lot of noise from the neighboring factories and the sound of heavy vehicles passing by all day long. The shop floor is where most of the work happens. It’s usually loud with the sound of machinery running. We’ve got grease on the floors and bits of metal or material here and there. It’s a real working environment, not some clean office. Most of the staff have been here for a long time, so we all know each other’s habits. The commute to this part of town is a bit of a nightmare during peak hours, so we try to get in early. Our building is old, and the stairs are a bit narrow. We spend a lot of time on the floor checking how things are running. It gets very hot in the afternoons under the metal roof, but we’ve got some fans going to keep the air moving. We don't spend much time on fancy things. Most of the budget goes into keeping the equipment running and paying the electricity bills. It’s a typical Peenya setup, focused on getting the orders out and keeping the machines from breaking down. We just keep at it day after day without much fuss.
