Karnataka Meters & Radiators Works

You can find us over in Mathikere, right near the MSR bus stop. We’re in that Bonanza Industrial Estate area, just across from where the Krishna Ceramic Choice shop is. Our place is usually full of old radiators and various meters that need looking at. There is a lot of grease and oil involved in what we do, so our hands are rarely clean. It’s a small shop, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need inside. The noise from the traffic on the main road is constant, and you can hear the buses pulling up all day long. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who know how to handle the tools. Most of the time, we are bent over a workbench trying to figure out why something isn't working right. It’s honest work and it gets the job done. Sometimes people drop off parts and leave, and other times they wait around and chat while we work. Ashok Nagar is a busy little pocket, and we’ve seen a lot of changes on this street over the years. We keep the doors open and just take the jobs as they walk in. It’s not a place for sitting around; there is always something that needs soldering or testing. We just try to keep the machines running for folks who need them.
