You can find us over at 52 Basavanagudi, right near the Raghavendra Swamy Mutt. Being so close to the temple means we see a lot of people coming through this area every day. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now, mostly helping people get from one place to another. Our days start very early, often before the first temple bells ring, because that is when people want to start their trips. We have a few different vehicles we use for taking families on outings or driving people to the airport. It isn't a fancy business with a big lobby. It’s just us, some keys, and a few chairs where we sit and wait for the phone to ring. Basavanagudi is a nice place to be based because it has that old Bangalore feel to it. Sometimes the traffic near the Mutt gets really stuck, so we have to plan our routes carefully. We spend a lot of time cleaning the cars and checking the oil because nobody wants a breakdown in the middle of a journey. It’s a lot of driving and a lot of waiting around for passengers. We don't have a big website or anything like that. Most people just walk in because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. We just try to keep the cars running and make sure we show up when we are supposed to.
