We are located up on the first floor of the Suresh Complex, which is at 43 Prakash Nagar in the Parsi Colony area. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs every morning, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Our office isn't very large, mostly just some desks and a few maps on the walls to help us plan out the trips. Being Sri Kaalabhairava Tours & Travels, we spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to drivers about where they need to go next. The traffic outside in Prakash Nagar can get quite loud during the middle of the day, but inside we just try to keep things organized. We have some regular customers from around the colony who come in to ask about prices or to book a car for the weekend. It is a family-run kind of thing, so there is always someone here you can talk to directly. We don't have any fancy software, just some notebooks and a computer that is a bit slow. The 1st floor spot is good because it’s a bit quieter than being right on the street level. We usually have some tea around four o’clock when the afternoon rush starts to slow down. It is just a regular workplace where we try to get the bookings done right without too much fuss or trouble for anyone involved.
