Running Sri Jagadamba Fancy Gift Gallery keeps me on my feet all day. We are located at 41337 15 Auguest Chowk in Mangalwar Peth, JP Nagar. It is a very busy area, so there is always something going on outside the door. The shop name is a bit of a mouthful, but most people just know us as the gift place near the chowk. We have a lot of different things packed into a small space, from jewelry pieces to wedding gifts and toys. JP Nagar can get really hot in the summer afternoons, and the dust from the road always finds its way onto the glass cases. I spend a lot of time with a cloth just trying to keep things looking decent. My father actually started this, and I took over later on. It’s a lot of work to keep track of every little item, but I’ve gotten used to it over the years. We get a lot of people who are just passing through Mangalwar Peth and stop in to look around while they wait for their ride. I don't have a website or do any of that internet stuff. People just come in, ask for what they need, and we chat for a bit. It’s a regular local shop where we try to have a bit of everything for the neighbors. It isn't always perfect, but we are here every day.
