Sri Hinglal Trading Company is located at 462, on the 1st Floor right near B T Market on 11th Cross Avenue Road. If you know the Avenue Road area, you know it’s one of the busiest spots you can find. There are people everywhere, all the time. Our place is up on the first floor, which gives us a bit of a view of the chaos down below. We’ve been trading from this address for quite a while now. The building is old, like many others in this part of town, and it has that specific smell of old wood and paper. We don’t have any fancy air conditioning or modern furniture. It’s mostly just heavy desks and plenty of ledgers. We spend our days talking to suppliers and customers, mostly on the phone or in person when they make the trip up the stairs. It’s a lot of back and forth, but that’s just the nature of trading. The market nearby means there is always noise and movement. It can be exhausting, but it’s also full of life. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy philosophy. We just come in, do the trades, and go home. We’ve seen many businesses come and go on Avenue Road, but we’re still here, just doing our thing day after day. It’s a practical way to live and work, and it suits us just fine. We always keep a pot of tea ready for anyone who stops by to visit.
