Sri Guru Tours & Travels

Sri Guru Tours & Travels is tucked away in Basaveshwara Nagar. Specifically, we’re at 4 Bungalows Mhada No 566, Shop No 3, right on the 1st Cross of the 4th Block, 3rd Stage near W C Road. It’s a long address to write down on an envelope. The shop is small and sits on the ground floor, so it’s easy for people to just wander in. We have a couple of plastic chairs for visitors and a desk that’s a bit too big for the room. It gets a little dark in the back of the shop, so we keep the lights on even during the day. There’s a lot of traffic on W C Road, and we can hear the buses and horns all day long. We mostly deal with local families who have been coming to us for years. We know most of them by name and know where they like to go for their holidays. It’s a friendly place, and there’s usually a bit of gossip being shared over a cup of tea. We don’t have a big website or anything fancy, just a phone and a notebook to keep track of things. Sometimes the pen runs out of ink right when someone is giving their details, which is always a bit embarrassing. We just take things as they come and try to stay organized in our own little way.
