We spend most of our time staring at computer screens and talking on the phone. People come to us when they need to sort out their travel or get tickets for things. Most of our customers are locals who don't want to deal with the apps on their own phones or just prefer talking to a real person. We keep a stack of paper forms handy just in case. It's simple work but you have to be careful with the names and dates. One mistake and someone misses their bus or train. We try to be careful. The tea stall next door is where we spend our breaks. It's a decent way to spend the day, helping folks get where they are going. We just sit here, book the trips, and handle whatever comes through the door. Sometimes the printer runs out of ink right when we are busy and we have to scramble.
