Our office is on the 3rd floor of Hillview Apartments, specifically S2. Being in Uttarahalli, we see a lot of the new construction going on in Bangalore. This part of town has really grown lately. Inside the office, you’ll mostly see rolls of drawings, some samples of tiles, and a lot of dusty files. It’s a construction company, so things are rarely perfectly clean around here. We spend half our time here and the other half out at various sites watching the concrete being poured or checking on the brickwork. It’s a lot of coordination with workers and suppliers. Being in an apartment building for an office is actually quite quiet compared to being right on the main road. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from someone else in the area. We deal with a lot of mundane stuff like permits and checking measurements twice. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we just take the stairs. It’s just the way it is. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of people; it’s a smaller team just trying to get the buildings finished. We talk a lot about cement prices and labor. It’s practical work that keeps us busy from morning until late evening most days. It is just the daily grind of building things.
