Sri Esha Developers is based over in BTM Layout 2nd Stage. Specifically, we are at 18/7 in the Mulashi area. BTM is a really busy part of the city these days, full of students and young professionals, but our corner feels a bit more like a working zone. We spend our days thinking about buildings and land. The office is where the planning happens. It’s a bit cluttered with blueprints and site maps, which is usually how you can tell we’re actually working. We don’t have a fancy lobby with a fountain or anything like that. It’s just a functional space with some sturdy tables and chairs. Mulashi is an interesting spot; it’s seen a lot of growth lately. We’ve been watching the houses go up and the shops change hands for years. Our team is small, mostly just a few of us who have been doing this for a long time. We know the local regulations and how the soil is in this part of town. When we aren't at the office, we’re usually out at a site getting our boots dirty. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We like the 2nd Stage of BTM because it’s well-connected. Getting around from here is easy enough, even with the traffic on the main roads. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next project. It's just a regular way to earn a living in this big city.
