Sri Durgamba

Sri Durgamba is located at 8 Gandhi Nagar, inside the Kurubara Sangha Building at Bhutdi Jhapa. It’s a place where things are always moving. We mostly deal with transport and getting things from one point to another. The building itself is quite well-known in the area, so people don’t usually have trouble finding us. It’s not a fancy setup at all, just a functional space with a few tables and a place for people to wait for their buses. We deal with a lot of different people every day, from drivers to folks sending parcels to their families. There’s a lot of shouting and noise in the mornings when the shifts change and the vehicles are being loaded up. We have to keep track of a lot of schedules, which can be a bit of a headache when the traffic is bad in the city. The office can get a bit dusty with all the windows open to the street and the smoke from the buses. We don’t use any special software, just some old ledgers and a few basic computers to keep track of names. It’s the kind of work that doesn't really stop, even on weekends. Gandhi Nagar is always crowded, so there’s never a quiet moment outside. We just keep the business running and make sure the logs are signed properly. It’s just how we do things here in the Kurubara Sangha Building every single day.
