Our office is over in the Thr Complex, right near Sapthagiri College in Dasarahalli. It's on Carter Road Number 7, at number 419. We spend most of our time on the phones or looking at schedules on the computer. People drop by when they want to go somewhere, whether it's just a quick trip or something longer. We’ve been at this for a bit now, helping folks figure out buses, trains, or car rentals. It gets a bit hectic when the holiday season comes around and everyone wants to leave at the same time. The desks are usually covered in papers and tickets. We know the roads around here pretty well and which routes are usually blocked by traffic. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. Sometimes the internet goes slow right when we're trying to book a seat, which is frustrating, but we manage. We aren't a big corporate agency with uniforms; we just wear what's comfortable and talk to people like neighbors. Most of the people who come in are from around Dasarahalli or students from the college nearby. We just try to get the dates right and make sure nobody gets stuck somewhere they didn't mean to be. It's mostly about making sure the paperwork is done and the driver knows where to go. Nothing too complicated, just daily travel stuff.
