Sri Bhagavathi Tours & Travels is located at 383/1 Banneraghatta Road. If you know this area, you know how the traffic can get, especially in the evenings when everyone is trying to get home. We’ve been operating out of this small shopfront for a few years now. Most of our day is spent looking at schedules and trying to figure out the best way to get people from one city to another. We have a few regular drivers who’ve been with us since the start. The office isn't much to look at, just some plastic chairs and a counter with too many papers on it. We don't do much advertising because most people just walk in or hear about us from their neighbors. Sometimes the phones go down when it rains heavy and then we have to do everything manually. It’s a bit of a headache but we manage. We handle a lot of the local trips and some longer journeys too if the bus is available. People often come in just to ask for directions or to see if we have a spare seat for the weekend trips. We try to keep things simple and don't make promises we can't keep regarding the arrival times. The road outside is always under construction it seems, so there is always dust coming inside the office. We just sweep it out every morning and keep going with the travel bookings. It is a busy life on Banneraghatta Road.
