Sri Benaka Clinical Lab

If you go down to Yelahanka Bazaar, right on Attur Main Road, you’ll find us. Sri Benaka Clinical Lab is a small place tucked into the busy market area. It’s mostly just blood draws and urine samples happening all day. People come in early, usually before breakfast, to get their fasting tests done. The bazaar is waking up around us while we start the first few patients. It’s a functional space. We have the needles, the tubes, and the machines for the reports. We don't spend money on fancy waiting room chairs; they are just the standard plastic ones. Our goal is just to get the results back to people so they can show their doctors. Sometimes the power goes out in the bazaar and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of life here. The staff knows most of the families around Yelahanka because they’ve been coming here for years. It gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic and the shopkeepers calling out, but we just keep doing the tests. We try to be quick with the needle so it doesn't hurt much. The paperwork is piled up on the desk, but we know where everything is. It’s just a neighborhood lab doing the daily work for the local residents on Attur Main Road. We open early and close when the last report is handed over to whoever needs it for their medical records.
