You can find Sri Balaji Travels inside the Vijaya Bank Building in Yeshwantpur, at 2290/2218. It is a pretty active part of the city, especially with the train station nearby. Our office is a simple room with some chairs for customers and a couple of desks for us. We have calendars on the walls and plenty of registers to track bookings. Most of our time is spent talking to drivers or helping people figure out their routes. It can get a bit loud with the traffic outside and the phones ringing, but that is just part of being in Yeshwantpur. We handle a lot of different trips, from short local runs to longer drives out of the city. We don't have a polished corporate website; we mostly just talk to people face-to-face or over the mobile. The office usually has someone drinking tea and looking over the vehicle schedules. We try to keep the cars moving and the schedules on time, though the traffic doesn't always help with that. It is a busy life, and we are usually here from early morning until late evening making sure everything is ready for the next day's trips. We know the roads around here like the back of our hand. It is just a regular travel office doing its best to keep everyone moving. We keep a stack of paper maps just in case the GPS fails, which happens more often than you would think. It is just about getting people where they need to go.
