It’s a busy part of the city, and our small office fits right in with the rest of the shops. We spend our days managing a small fleet of vehicles and making sure drivers show up where they are supposed to. Travel work is mostly about timing. We take bookings for airport drops, local sightseeing, or outstation trips. Our desk is usually covered in notebooks and keys. We aren't a big app-based company; we just talk to people face-to-face or over the phone. Most of our customers are from the surrounding streets on Magadi Road who have known us for a long time. We don't have a lot of rules, we just try to get the job done. If a car is late, we call and find out why. If someone needs a specific type of vehicle, we see if we can get it. It's straightforward and sometimes a bit chaotic when the traffic is bad. We keep a small staff and everyone does a bit of everything, from cleaning the office to talking to clients. We've been at this location for a while and we've seen the neighborhood grow and change. It's just a regular travel service for regular people.
