You can find Sri Balaji Tours And Travels at number 9 in Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar. Most people just call it R.T. Nagar. We are right by the old Prakash Cinema at a spot known as Nourian Point. The cinema isn't what it used to be, but it is still a landmark everyone knows in this neighborhood. Our office is small and usually has a few people sitting around talking about bus timings or train tickets for their next trip. We have some old posters on the walls of different places you can visit. There is a lot of noise from the main road outside because of the buses and the auto-rickshaws. We spend most of our day on the computer booking seats or talking to drivers on the phone to check their locations. It can get a bit hectic during the holiday season when everyone wants to go out of town at the same time. We have a small counter where people come to pay or pick up their papers and tickets. Sometimes the printer acts up and we have to fix it, which is annoying when people are waiting. The area around Nourian Point is always moving, so there is never a dull moment. We have been in this part of R.T. Nagar for a long time now. People know they can just walk in and ask about a trip. It is a simple setup with just enough space for us to work. We like being near the old cinema.
