Sri Balaji Air Travels

We are tucked away at 101 Vijaya Nagar on Arye Road, and I guess we’ve been running Sri Balaji Air Travels from this spot for quite some time now. It’s a small office, nothing too fancy, just some desks and computers where we help people figure out their flights. Usually, the phone starts ringing pretty early with folks asking about ticket prices to Chennai or maybe going further away. We try to keep track of all the changes the airlines make, which isn't always easy. My desk is usually covered in printouts and notes about different routes. People stop by after work because they'd rather talk to a person than look at a screen all night. We know the neighborhood well and most people around here know where we sit. It gets a bit crowded in the afternoons when the sun hits the front window, but we have a fan that helps. Booking a trip can be a bit of a headache with all the rules these days, so we just sit here and do the clicking for you. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to ask people to wait a minute or come back after tea. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It’s just us here on Arye Road, making sure the names are spelled right on the tickets and the dates are correct. If you are walking by, you’ll see our sign right there near the corner.
