We've been here at 304 RMV 2nd Stage for quite some time now. It is tucked inside the S.K.S. Compound, right on Jigani Main Road. Most people who live nearby know the spot because of the traffic that builds up outside. Dealing with HR and recruitment stuff isn't always the most exciting thing in the world, but we just get on with it every day. Our office isn't anything fancy or shiny, it’s just a place where we come to work and meet with people who are looking for jobs. We handle a lot of different personnel tasks for various businesses around this part of town. It gets really busy here, especially in the early mornings when the road gets loud with trucks and buses. Sometimes the phones seem like they won't stop ringing for hours. We try our best to keep all the files organized, though sometimes the paperwork just piles up on the desks. Most of our staff members have been working together for years, so we kind of know how to stay out of each other's way. We aren't trying to do anything grand, just doing our jobs and helping folks find a steady paycheck. We see a lot of different faces coming through that door every single week. Some people stay for a bit of a talk while others are in a hurry and just leave their papers. The office gets a bit warm in the afternoons, so the fans are always running.
