Our office is at 20/2 on Albert Victor Road in the Swamy Complex, which is right in the heart of the Kalasipalyam area. If you know this part of town, you know it’s always moving and very loud with all the buses and people. We deal with travel bookings and helping folks get from one place to another. Our desks are usually covered in schedules and registers. Most of the day is spent answering the phone or talking to people who walk in looking for a seat on a bus heading out of the city. It’s a lot of coordinating with drivers and checking the timings, which can be a bit of a headache when the traffic is bad. We’ve been here long enough to know all the routes and the usual delays that happen on the highway. There’s no big waiting lounge here, just a couple of chairs and a lot of talk about departures and arrivals. The morning hours are usually the busiest when everyone is trying to figure out their travel plans for the day. We don't try to be anything we’re not; we’re just a small travel office making sure people get their tickets and know which bus they need to catch. It gets hot and noisy with the road right outside, but we’re used to the energy of Kalasipalyam by now.
