Sree Mahalakshmi Travels

Sree Mahalakshmi Travels is out in the Bagalkunte area of Banashankari 3rd Stage. We are at number 217. It is a bit of a distance from the main city center but it is a growing area with lots of new houses. We handle travel bookings and vehicle arrangements for people in the neighborhood. Usually people come to us when they have a wedding or a long trip planned and they need a reliable car or a bus. The office is very simple with just a few desks and chairs for customers to sit on while they wait. We have a lot of registers where we write down the bookings by hand. It can get quite busy during the festival seasons when everyone wants to go back to their villages. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to our drivers and making sure they know where to go. Bagalkunte is a bit dusty because of all the new construction happening around us. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. People mostly know us through word of mouth or because they live on the same street. Some days we have to deal with breakdowns or traffic delays which can be stressful. We just try to fix the problems and keep the vehicles moving. It is a lot of hard work and we have been doing it from this same spot for a while now.
