Our office is tucked away on the first floor of the BDA Complex in HSR Layout, right near Adams Collections. If you’ve ever been to this part of Bangalore, you know how crowded the parking can get, especially on the weekends. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at schedules at our desks. It’s a small room with a few chairs for people to sit while they wait for their paperwork or tickets. There are posters on the walls that have been there for years, showing different places we’ve sent people to. The fans overhead make a bit of a rattling noise, but we don't really notice it anymore after all this time. Working in travel means things are always changing, so there’s a lot of scribbling on notebooks and checking the clock. We see all kinds of people coming in, from families planning a big trip to people just needing a quick ride to the airport. Being in the BDA complex means we get to see the whole neighborhood pass by every single day. Sometimes we just stand by the railing outside the door and watch the shoppers below for a short break. It isn't a high-tech setup, just a couple of computers and a lot of local knowledge we've picked up. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it can get a little messy with all the files. It’s just how we work, and it gets the job done.
