Our office is filled with various posters of different places and a lot of calendars that we use to keep track of everything. We spend most of our time sitting at the desks, talking to people about their plans and checking schedules on the computer. It’s a lot of small details to manage, and the phone seems to ring just when you think you have a moment of peace. We have a few chairs for visitors, though they are usually occupied by people waiting to ask a quick question. Kamanahalli is a lively area, and being at number 222 puts us right in the thick of it. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a bit of a mess, but people still find their way to us. We don't have any fancy brochures or a high-tech setup, just a simple office where we try to help people figure out where they need to go. It’s a lot of manual work, looking up routes and making sure the timings are right. There’s always a bit of a rush in the afternoons, but we just take it one person at a time and keep moving through the day's tasks. We’ve been here on the main road for a while, so we are used to the noise by now.
