Sredips Solutions Private Limited is based out of Rajarajeshwari Nagar in Bangalore. Specifically, we are in the BEML 5th Stage area at No. 105, on the 2nd Cross and 2nd Main. It’s a residential-feeling area, which is nice because it’s not as chaotic as the central business districts. We like the trees and the fact that you can actually find a place to park most days. Our office is pretty modest. We have a couple of main rooms where the team sits and works on whatever solutions are needed for the day. There isn't a lot of corporate culture talk here. We just come in, do our jobs, and go home to our families. Sometimes we order snacks for the office or go out for a quick tea break down the road. The street names and cross numbers in this part of town can be confusing for people who aren't from here, so we usually have to explain the landmarks over the phone. We also mention the BUE HBS area if they get really lost. We don't have a marketing department to polish up our image. What you see is basically what you get. It’s just a handful of us making sure everything runs the way it’s supposed to. We’ve been at this for a while and we’ve learned that being honest and just doing the work is usually the right path.
