We are Sr Techsourcing Private Limited, and you can find us at No113 on the 1st Floor in the 1st Phase area of Bangalore North. We are right across from Soundarya School, so we hear the school bells and the kids playing during their breaks. It’s a lively spot to have an office. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it works for us. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and files and the usual office equipment. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just gets up and sees who it is. We spend most of our time at our computers or on the phone, trying to sort out sourcing and tech stuff for our clients. It’s a lot of practical work and a lot of lists. The traffic in this part of Bangalore can be a nightmare in the morning, so some of us show up a bit late or stay late to avoid the rush. We’re a small group, so we all know each other well. There’s no formal dress code or anything like that. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the tasks at hand. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it seems to work out okay for us so far. We just keep our heads down and try to stay on top of the schedule.
