Sr. Manager

We've been at Sai Residency for a while now. It's right near the Rajeswari Theatre in Murgesh Palayam. If you know the area, Konena Agrahara is pretty busy most days. Our spot on 3rd Main Road is where we handle everything. It’s not a huge office, just a practical space where we get the work done. Being a manager here involves a lot of coordinating. People come in and out all day. Sometimes the traffic near the theatre gets a bit much, especially when a big movie is playing, but we’re used to it by now. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit over the years. We remember when there were fewer buildings around. Now it's packed. We just try to keep things moving and stay organized. Most of our days are spent on the phone or looking at files. It isn't always exciting, but it's what we do. We like being in this part of Bangalore. It feels like a real community. You see the same faces at the tea stalls. It’s a decent place to work. We don't have fancy decorations or anything. Just desks, chairs, and some computers. We focus on the daily tasks and try not to let things pile up too much. It’s just us here, making sure the business side of things stays on track without making too much of a fuss about it. We just keep our heads down and work hard. Everything is pretty basic here.
