Squendo India Private Limited is located right in HRBR Layout, specifically over at 836 on 3rd Cross. If you know the 9th Main area in 1st Block, you’ve probably walked past our building a dozen times without noticing us. It’s a pretty standard spot for a Bangalore office. We’ve been here for some time now, and the team is used to the local rhythm of the neighborhood. Usually, the mornings are busy with everyone getting their coffee and sorting through emails. We aren't trying to be the next big global giant; we just focus on the tasks we have in front of us each day. It’s a mix of younger staff and a few older heads who know the ropes. The office isn't overly decorated with motivational posters or anything like that. We just have our desks, our computers, and enough chairs for everyone. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of living in this city. We like being in HRBR because there are good places to grab lunch nearby. It feels like a real community here. We don't spend much time on fancy branding or worried about how we look to outsiders. We just want to do right by the people we work with. There is always someone coming or going, but we try to keep things organized.
