You can find us in Arvind Sporcia, which is a residential complex in Rachenhalli. We operate out of Flat No. D 703. Being in the Mestri Pallya area of Bangalore 560064, it is a bit of a distance from the main city noise. Square Matrix IT Services is just a small LLP. We do not have a big fancy office with glass walls. We just use the rooms in the flat as our workspace. It is a very quiet way to work. We do not have a receptionist or any corporate branding around the place. It’s just us and our desks. We like being in a flat because it feels more relaxed. We do not have any big mission statements or promotional goals. We just take on projects and work through them day by day. Rachenhalli is a developing area, so it’s interesting to see the new buildings coming up around us. We have a good view from the seventh floor. Most of our work is done on computers, so as long as the internet is working, we’re happy. It is a very low-key environment. We do not have formal meetings or dress codes. We just focus on the work that needs to be finished. It is a practical and simple setup for a small team like ours. We’ve been here for a while and it works well for us.
