We work out of Ittamadu in Bangalore, specifically in the 3rd Phase of BSK 3rd Stage. The office is on the 2nd Main Road at 10/3, number 68. It is a bit of a mouthful when you are giving directions to a delivery driver over the phone. Being in the 3rd Cross area, it is mostly residential around us, which is a nice change from the industrial parts of the city. We do information services and data work here. The office has big windows, but mostly we are just looking at our computer screens all day long. It is a quiet office for the most part, except when the water tanker comes by or the neighbors are having a celebration. Spryance-Heartland has been in this spot for a while, and we have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. There used to be fewer buildings, but now it is all filled in. We have a small kitchen area where we keep the kettle going constantly for tea. Most of us bring lunch from home and eat together at the big table in the back. It is not a high-pressure environment with people in suits; we usually just wear whatever is comfortable for sitting at a desk for eight hours. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we all take a collective break until it comes back. It is just a standard, hardworking office in a normal Bangalore suburb.
