Springfold Solutions Private Limited is over in the Basavanagudi area. We are located at Rajatadri Nivas, which is on Oballapa Cross in Chikka Mavalli. This is one of those older parts of Bangalore that still has a lot of soul. It’s not like the new glass buildings you see in other parts of the city. Our place, number 2/1, is a bit more traditional and grounded. The streets around here are narrow and can get quite crowded with people and scooters. It has a real neighborhood feel. We work out of this small office and it's where everything happens for us. We don't have a big HR department or a cafeteria. Usually, we just head out to one of the local spots for tiffin or coffee when we're hungry. It’s a very human-scale way to work. The building itself is simple and honest. We’ve set up our desks in a way that makes sense for the space we have. It’s often a bit noisy outside with the life of the street, but we don't mind it much. It feels like being part of the city rather than being stuck in a bubble. We handle our business day by day, making sure we stay on top of our tasks. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours. We like being in this part of town because it feels real and less like a sterile corporate park. It works well for us.
