Spot City Transit Services Pvt. Ltd is tucked away at No. 20 in Gokul Layout. We’re right near Navadeep School in the KR Puram area of Bangalore, which most locals know can be a real headache for traffic. Our daily routine mostly involves juggling schedules and talking to drivers who are stuck in gridlock somewhere. It’s not a very quiet office because there is always a phone ringing or someone coming in with a delivery log. We don’t have a big corporate building or anything. It’s a simple setup with a few desks and a lot of maps and charts on the walls. We handle things like staff transport and moving goods from one side of the city to the other. Bangalore is growing so fast that it’s hard to keep up sometimes. We started out small and we’ve stayed that way, mostly because we like knowing everyone we work with. There isn't a big management team here. We just handle the problems as they pop up during the day. Sometimes a vehicle breaks down or a driver gets sick, and we have to scramble to find a fix. We don’t really do advertisements. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood or businesses nearby who know we are reliable. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, especially when the rain starts and the roads get even worse, but we keep at it. No one said it would be easy, but we manage.
