We’re located in Rajajinagar, specifically at number 46 on 10th B Main Road in the 5th Block. It’s a nice part of the city, and Viswaneedam is a good landmark to tell people. We handle a lot of tech-related work here. It’s mostly small-scale stuff, helping out local businesses or individuals with their equipment. Our office is a bit small, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into it. We have a few desks and a lot of spare parts lying around. It can get a bit cluttered, especially when we’re in the middle of a big project. We don't have a corporate vibe here. We’re usually just in our everyday clothes, drinking coffee and working through whatever problems come our way. We’ve been in the 5th Block for a while now and we know most of the other shop owners on the street. It’s a friendly area. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on doing a decent job and hoping people come back. Sometimes it’s busy and we’re working late, other times it’s quiet enough to read the paper. We don't mind the balance. If you need something looked at, you can just walk in. We don't usually do appointments. It’s a relaxed way to run a business, but it seems to work for us and the people who come to see us. We’re just regular folks doing our jobs.
