Spirit Airlines

We are located over in RMV II Stage, which is a bit of a calmer area in Bangalore if you know the city. Working for an airline means things are always moving, even if we are just in the office here. Most of our day is spent dealing with ticket changes or people asking about baggage rules. The office has big windows but we usually keep the blinds down when the sun gets too bright in the afternoons. It’s not a huge team here, just a few of us handling the local side of things. We get a lot of phone calls from people who are confused about their online bookings. Sometimes the systems are slow, which makes things take longer than they should, but we just wait it out. There’s a tea shop nearby where we go during the breaks. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s pretty quiet except for the usual traffic sounds. We don't have any flashy signs or anything like that. Just a regular office space where we manage the flight details and help out anyone who walks in the door. Most days are about staying organized and making sure the passenger lists are correct. It’s a lot of typing and checking schedules on the computer. We try to keep things simple and just answer whatever questions come up throughout the day. It’s basically just keeping the data straight and helping folks out with their travel plans whenever they get stuck.
