Down here in Bangalore, we run the office for the airline. It’s mostly desks and phones ringing throughout the day. People think it’s all about flying, but for us, it’s about the paperwork and the ground stuff. We get a lot of people asking about tickets or delays, and we just try to give them a straight answer without too much fuss. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get the work done. Bangalore is a busy city, so just getting into the office in the morning can be a bit of a struggle with the traffic and everything. Once we are here, it’s all about staying organized. We have a small team, and we all know each other’s names. There’s a tea stall nearby where we usually go when things get a bit too hectic. It’s honest work, really. We don’t have those big motivational posters on the walls or anything like that. We just focus on the computer screens and make sure the numbers add up. Sometimes the systems go slow, and we have to wait it out, chatting about whatever is going on in the news. It’s just a normal job in a normal office. We’ve been at this for a bit now, so we have a rhythm. It’s not glamorous, but it keeps the planes moving.
