Our office is right on Airport Road in Bangalore. It’s a place that never really sleeps because of all the movement coming from the nearby terminal. We’ve been operating from this location for quite some time now, and while most people think of the planes in the sky, we’re the ones on the ground dealing with the logistics of it all. Working for an airline like Spicejet in a city as fast-paced as Bangalore means things are always changing. The traffic on Airport Road can be a nightmare during the morning rush, so we’ve all learned to get in early. Our space isn't meant to be a luxury lounge; it’s a functional office where we coordinate flights and handle the everyday grind of the aviation world. There is a lot of noise sometimes, and the pace can get pretty intense when there are delays or schedule changes. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It’s mostly just making sure people get where they need to go and that the paperwork is in order. We’ve got a mix of staff who have been here for years and some newer faces, but we all just focus on the job at hand. It’s not a glamorous life behind the scenes, but it is necessary work. We are just a small part of the busy landscape here on the way to the airport.
