Spicejet Airlines

Our small spot is tucked away at 8/5 1st Main, right on 3rd Cross here in Bangalore. It’s a quiet enough street compared to the main roads, and we’ve been operating out of here for a bit. We mostly handle the paperwork and the bookings that people need help with when they aren't doing it online. Dealing with flights means things change fast, so there’s always someone typing away or on the phone. We see people coming in with questions about their tickets or wanting to know about baggage rules for their trips. It’s not a huge place, just a workspace where we get the daily tasks done. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to ask people to wait a minute, but everyone’s usually understanding. We have a few chairs for people to sit while we sort through the computer system. Working in the travel business means we hear a lot of stories about where people are going. We just focus on the details of the flights and making sure the names are spelled right on the forms. It’s a lot of back and forth with the main systems. We like being in this part of town, it feels like a regular neighborhood even if we are dealing with planes and airports. Most of us have been here a while and we just know the routine of the 560 032 area.
