Spice Jet

Our office is right on the N/H 21 in Sundernagar. If you know the Mandi area at all, it’s pretty easy to find us along the main road. Being up here in Himachal Pradesh, the weather changes all the time, so some days we are quite busy with people trying to sort out their travel plans when the local buses are running slow or the roads are blocked. It’s a small desk setup where we handle bookings and tickets for people. We see a lot of people passing through on their way up north to the mountains or heading back down towards the plains. The room is very simple, just some old computers and a few plastic chairs for people to wait in. Sometimes the internet connection is a bit slow because of the hills, but we usually manage to get the work done eventually. It’s mostly just sitting here, answering the phone, and checking flight timings on the small screen. There’s a tea stall just a few doors down where we go when the office is quiet. We’ve been at this spot for a bit now, and most of the locals know exactly where to find us. It gets really cold in the winter months, so we keep a small heater right by our feet. We aren't a big fancy travel agency, just a regular place where you can get your travel sorted without too much trouble or fuss.
