Spice Jet Airlines

We are over at Puttenahalli in the Lotus Block, specifically down in the LG 03 unit. It's a busy spot in Yelahanka. Most days here at Spice Jet involve a lot of phone calls and people coming in to sort out their flight details or ask about baggage rules. The office isn't huge but we make it work. It gets a bit crowded during the peak hours when everyone wants to travel at once. We spend a lot of time on the computers checking schedules. The air conditioning sometimes struggles with the Bangalore afternoon sun coming through the glass, but we manage. People stop by after doing their local shopping nearby. It's just a regular workplace where we try to keep things moving. We deal with all sorts of questions about cancellations and rebooking. Sometimes the systems are slow, which is annoying for everyone, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We’ve been at this address for a while now and most of the locals know where to find us. It’s not fancy, just a desk and some chairs and a lot of paperwork. We see a lot of tired faces from people who just want to get where they are going. We just sit here in the basement and do our part to get them there. It is a lot of routine work but we keep the office running day after day without much fuss.
