Spice Bpo Services

Spice Bpo Services is up on the third floor, room 301. We are in Rajajinagar, specifically the 4th Block on 10th Main. It's a busy part of Bangalore, so there's always a lot of noise from the street. We do a lot of back-office work here. There are rows of computers and people with headsets on most of the day. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, so we keep the windows open when we can. We have been in this building for a while now. The lift is a bit slow, so many of us just take the stairs. It’s good exercise I suppose. Our work involves a lot of data entry and customer support tasks. It is straightforward but it keeps us busy from morning till evening. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for breaks. The 560010 area is convenient because of the shops and food places nearby. We don't have a big reception area, just a desk near the door. It's a functional space for a BPO. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to hear the clock ticking. We just get on with it. The team is a mix of people who have been here for years and some new faces. We try to help each other out with the workload. It is a regular office environment, nothing more and nothing less. We just keep our heads down and finish the files for the day.
