Spera It Solutions (Opc) Private Limited operates out of Flat No 003 in the Sri Sai Brindavan apartment building. We are located on the 5th Cross in Cambridge Garden, which is over in K R Puram. It is a bit different because we are in an apartment complex rather than a big office tower. This makes the atmosphere pretty quiet and a bit more like a home than a sterile office environment. We have set up our workspace in the ground floor flat, so it is easy to get in and out during the day. K R Puram is a busy area, but Cambridge Garden is tucked away enough that we don't hear all the noise from the main roads. We have our computers and desks arranged in the main rooms of the flat. It’s just a small team of us working here. We handle all the IT work from this spot. Sometimes the neighbor’s kids are playing outside, but we don't mind the noise. It feels like a very local, neighborhood business. We don't have a big sign out front, just the apartment number on the door. We do our work, chat a bit, and manage our projects day by day. It’s a very simple way to run things, without any corporate fluff or unnecessary overhead. It’s just us in Flat 003, making sure the work gets done correctly and on time for the people we help. That's our daily life here in the apartment.
