Spectrum Physio

We are located on the second floor of the Axon Health Mall, which is inside the Gopalan Mall on Old Madras Road. It is a pretty easy place to find in C V Raman Nagar, especially since we are right opposite the RMZ building. At Spectrum Physio, our day is mostly spent helping people move better. The room is filled with exercise balls, mats, and different machines that people use for their recovery. You can hear the sounds of the mall in the distance, but inside it’s mostly just us talking to patients and the sound of equipment moving. We see a lot of people coming in after work, especially since there are so many offices nearby. Old Madras Road is always packed with cars, so we see people arriving a bit stressed from the commute. We just get them to sit down and start their exercises. It’s physical work for us too, as we are constantly moving around and showing people how to do their stretches. The office isn't fancy, but it has what we need to get the job done. We’ve been here for a while and have seen many people come in limping and eventually walk out feeling a bit better. It’s a regular routine of appointments and follow-ups. We just keep track of everyone’s progress on our clipboards and keep the place tidy. There is usually a bit of a wait, but we try to keep moving as fast as possible.
