Spectrum Physio Centre

Spectrum Physio Centre is on the second floor of the Gopalan Mall on Old Madras Road. Being inside a mall makes it a bit different from your average street-side clinic. We are in the Pai Layout area, which is right opposite the RMZ infinity park. The traffic on Old Madras Road is pretty much legendary, so most of our patients are people who either work in the nearby offices or live in the residential pockets of Pai Layout. Since we are on the second floor, you have to navigate through the mall a bit to find us. It’s a busy place with shoppers and cinema-goers, but once you step into the clinic, it’s much more focused. The space is set up with all the mats and machines needed for physical therapy. We don’t have a lot of decorative stuff or marketing posters on the walls. It’s just a functional area where the physical recovery happens. We see a lot of office workers who spend too much time at their desks and need help with their posture or pain. The mall environment means there is always something going on outside our doors, but inside we just stick to the schedules. We’ve been here for some time now, and most people find us because they are already at the mall or work across the road. It’s a handy place to stop for anyone in 560016 needing some therapy.
