We are based at number 9 on Sweet Water Well Road in Nagashetti Halli. It’s a bit of a unique road name for Bangalore. The pin code is 560 094. Our office is a straightforward place. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles here. It is just a building where we’ve set up our workspace. The road outside can get a bit congested during peak hours, as is common around here. Inside, we have our desks arranged so we can talk to each other without having to get up. There are a few filing cabinets that have been with us since the beginning. We don’t bother with much decor, just a few calendars on the walls. We spend most of our time on the phones or typing away. The weather in Bangalore is usually good, so we keep the windows open when it isn’t too dusty. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don’t have a lot of meetings about meetings; we just get to it. Sometimes the neighbors’ dogs bark a lot, but we don’t mind. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea. It’s a very normal, slightly messy, hard-working office. We like the practical nature of this neighborhood. It’s not a high-tech park, just a regular street with regular people doing their business. The local shops are handy for when we run out of milk or pens. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t even notice the traffic anymore.
