We run our operations from Xavier Layout, right off Victoria Road. The office is at 33/19. It is where the Speciality Group Of Restaurants manages everything for the various spots we have. It is usually pretty busy here. We have phones ringing and people coming in and out all day long. Managing restaurants is a lot of work that people do not usually see. We have been at this location for a while. It is a decent spot in the 560047 area. Our team is a mix of people who have been in the food industry for years. We are not trying to be fancy in the office; it is just a place to get the job done. There are always menus to update or suppliers to call when things do not arrive on time. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic, especially around the holidays when everyone wants to eat out. We just take it one day at a time. It is a local business through and through, and we know our regulars well. Running a group like this takes a lot of coordination and patience from everyone involved. We try to keep our feet on the ground and just work.
