Spate Events

Our place is tucked away in Seshadripuram, specifically on Temple Street in the 5th A Block. We are right next to the Subraminiya Temple, which is a good landmark if you are coming from Kumarapark West. Being in this part of Bangalore means there is always something happening outside the door, whether it's a festival or just the usual morning rush. We work out of No 20 on the 4th Main. It is a practical office, nothing too flashy because we spend most of our time out at different venues or on the phone. Organizing events takes up a lot of our hours during the week. We deal with the stuff people usually forget, like how many chairs are actually needed or where the power outlets are located at a site. It’s mostly about long lists and making sure we don't miss anything important. The team here is small, just a few of us who have known the neighborhood for a long time. The temple nearby gets really busy on certain days, so we usually tell people to plan their visit around those times to avoid the crowds. We just focus on the work at hand. Sometimes the office gets cluttered with samples, old banners, and heaps of paperwork, but that's just how it goes when you’re trying to put a big day together for someone. We are just regular people trying to make things run smoothly without making a big fuss about it. That is who we are at Spate Events.
