We are Sparsh Bpo, based right here in Bangalore. This city is known for this kind of work, and we’ve been in the thick of it for a long time. Our office is just a place where people come to work on their computers and talk on the phone. It’s not the most glamorous job in the world, but it’s what we do. We have rows of desks and a lot of headsets. Bangalore is a big place, and being part of the service industry here means you’re always on your toes. We handle different tasks for various companies, mostly stuff that needs to get done behind the scenes. Some of our people have been here for years, while others are just starting out their careers in the city. The coffee machine gets a lot of use, and the shift changes are usually the loudest part of the day. We don’t have a fancy philosophy or anything like that. We just come in, do the work that’s assigned, and head home when the shift is over. It’s a practical environment. The traffic in Bangalore makes getting to work a challenge sometimes, but the office is always buzzing once everyone arrives. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We are just a local BPO trying to keep things moving smoothly for the clients we work with. It's straightforward work, and we try to do it right without making a big deal out of it or using corporate talk.
