Sparsh Bpo Services is located out in Calicut, specifically in the Thiruvambadi area. Our address is Nedumthadathi (Ho), Muthappanpuzha (Po). It is not in the middle of a big city like some other places. We are a bit more rural here, which changes how we work. It is a lot quieter than the big metro areas. We handle BPO work, which mostly means we are on the computers and phones all day. It is a steady kind of job. The people who work here are all from around the local area. We know each other well and it is a friendly enough atmosphere. We do not have those big polished lobbies or security guards at every door. It is just a house that we have turned into our workspace. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain is so loud we cannot hear each other, but we just wait it out. It is a practical way to run a business. We are not trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to provide a place for people to work in Thiruvambadi. Calicut is a long way off for a daily commute, so being here makes sense for us. We just do the tasks we are given and try to stay organized. It is a simple life and the work is what it is. No fancy slogans needed for any of that.
